Trouble downloading e-license for Adobe Acrobat 8.1.0 Professional

I have a workaround which gives me the ability to print to pdf, but that is all it does. Nobody is helping me. I don't want to loose it and desperately need it protessional my work. Now the fact that we have it working does not mean we have all the functions working.

You don't have JavaScript enabled. I contacted Adobe support and they said 8. I think there are some updates missing, from the time when my CDROM was distributed, which are installed on my Pro 3, but no longer available from Adobe for my Pro 4.

If that is not good enough you need to upgrade. I have tried and tried - no go!. I am running Windows 10, I had to re install Acrobat 8.
